Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Free trials are available for first-time subscribers only
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all private workout and score data you create
• By sharing workout publicly, you grant us a license to keep it as soon as a score has been submitted by other users
• You can delete your private content at any time, public or shared only if no score has beens submitted

Our Content:

• TheWorkoutBox platform, design, and features are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform

• Exercise at your own risk and listen to your body

• We are not liable for injuries or health issues from using our service
